General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope
   These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB via our online shop at ff-adventures.de.

3. Subject of the Contract
   The product sold is a time-limited access to a digital web application (WebApp). Access is valid for 48 hours from the first login.

4. Prices & Payment Terms
   All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT (if applicable). Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the online shop.

5. Delivery
   There is no physical delivery. Access to the WebApp will be automatically provided via email after payment is received.

6. Right of Use
   Access to the WebApp is intended exclusively for the buyer and may not be shared or used multiple times. Any misuse will result in access being blocked.

7. Liability
   We are not liable for technical issues on the user’s side or caused by third parties that may impair access to the WebApp.

8. Applicable Law
   German law applies. The place of jurisdiction – where legally permissible – is the registered office of the company.
